Why should change to email billing?

Choosing to receive your Telstra bills electronically is more efficient, cost-effective and environmentally friendly than paper billing.

 

You’ll get your bill sent straight to your email, meaning you can keep track of your bills straight from your inbox. You can also view and manage your bills online through My Account or in the app. 

 

Encouraging the switch to electronic billing is also part of Telstra’s commitment to acting on climate change, as recently announced by CEO Andy Penn. This includes taking action to be carbon neutral in our operations from this year (2020), and to reduce our absolute emissions by at least 50% by 2030.
