How to Recharge your Pre-Paid Service using the 24x7 App

Telstra Pre-Paid plans come in all shapes and sizes, and give you the flexibility to use them in the way that works best for you. Some pre-paid recharges provide longer expiry, while others offer bonuses such as extra talk and text allowance.

 

Below, we take you through how you can recharge your service while using the Telstra 24x7 App.

 

Open the Telstra 24x7 App, press the menu icon as shown below and press ‘My Usage’

Then, choose the Pre-Paid mobile service you want to check the usage of.

After you’ve chosen your Pre-Paid service, press ‘Recharge’.

You will then be taken through to a list of payment methods where you can purchase your Pre-Paid credit.

Follow the prompts for whichever payment method you choose, and you’ll be taken through to a confirmation page—we’ll message you when your Pre-Paid credit has been applied.

 

If you want to check your payment history, press ‘Payments’ at the top of the page to be shown a detailed breakdown of your recharge history.
