Change your plan
We know that things change, and you may need to change your mobile plan to suit.
Our new mobile plans give you greater control, with the flexibility of no lock-in contracts. This means you can move up or down the different plan tiers once per month without incurring service Early Termination Charges or having to recontract.
Check your Early Termination Charges
There are a number of factors which determine if Early Termination Charges (ETCs) will apply, and if so, how much these charges will be. You can check your contract status, upgrade options, and if you have any ETCs online anytime using Telstra 24x7 My Account.
Recover your username/password
We all forget our login details from time to time, so we’ve made it easy for you to recover your My Account details online. You can reset both your username and password from the login screens of My Account or Telstra 24x7 App.
Update your details
You can update your details, such as your address, via My Account by following these instructions.
