How to get ongoing help with a Telstra Platinum® subscription

This video in this article will show you how to subscribe to Telstra platinum so you can get ongoing tech support for Telstra and non-Telstra devices (provided you’re a Telstra customer)

Telstra Platinum is a great resource if you're experiencing computer issues, need help installing software, having trouble viewing or finding files or are having issues with your emails.  

There are several way you can sign up for a Platinum subscription: Simply call 137 587 to speak to a Platinum consultant. You can also subscribe at telstra.com/platinum or sign up in person at your local Telstra store.

If you need tech support at the same time as subscribing to Telstra Platinum, let the consultant know and they'll transfer you to a Platinum tech expert. You can also call 137 587 at any time or use the 24/7 chat function on the Telstra platinum website.

If you require an in-home appointment, you will need to pay the in-home service fee in addition to the monthly subscription fee.

You can use your Telstra platinum subscription for tech support as many times as you need, however a fair use policy does apply.
