Managing your add-ons using the Telstra 24x7 App

We recently introduced you to our new simplified mobile plans, which deliver greater flexibility and freedom over your Telstra services. You can customise our new plans to suit your needs, including the option to choose from a range of add-ons like:

 

Sport and Entertainment – like Foxtel Now, Kayo and Netflix.

Accessories – like smart watches and headphones.

Telstra Services – like Telstra Locator, Stay Connected and International Calling Packs.

 

Not only is it now simpler to create the right plan for you, you can also manage your service, including many of these add-ons, straight from your mobile using the Telstra 24x7 App. Some of these handy in-app features include:

 

  • View and activate your international roaming status, and purchase International Data Packs

  • Top up your home broadband up to three times free per year (for selected broadband packages)

  • Manage your Data Packs for use in Australia

  • Turn on Extra Data ($10 for 1GB blocks over your monthly data allowance)
    Extra Data is not available for customers who signed up to a plan or recontracted from 25 June 2019

 

There’s loads more you can do with the Telstra 24x7 App too, including:

 

  • Keep tabs on your estimated usage for post-paid mobile plans, select broadband plans and home phone services
  • Manage all Pre-Paid devices on your account - view balance, detail usage and recharge history, change offer, recharge and purchase a plus pack
  • Update your contact details
  • Switch to Email Bill
  • View your current and past bill summaries, pay your bills and view your bill as a PDF
  • Receive bill arrival notifications
  • Set up stored payment options and manage direct debits
  • Request a payment extension
  • Access Telstra Plus and the Rewards Store
  • View your contract end date and your estimated early termination charges for your post-paid mobile services
  • Locate Telstra SIM-enabled devices
  • Manage MessageBank and Premium SMS services (turn on, bar or add limit)
  • View PUK code for all Telstra mobiles
  • Nickname your services for easy reference
  • Check the progress of your fault

 

You can also manage many of these features online by logging into Telstra 24x7 My Account.  

 

If you haven’t already, make sure you register for My Account so you can start managing your account and services online. Once you’ve registered for My Account, you can start enjoying all the benefits of the Telstra 24x7 App too!
