    If you need more time to pay for your plan, you can request a payment extension, sign in to My Telstra and go to Payments. Choose your service to manage payments or request an extension.

    Your service will only be suspended if a successful payment is not received after 10 business days.

    Depending on your plan, you won't be charged any late fees or payment processing fees if you successfully extended the payment date.

    If you successfully extended your payment date and your bill is no longer overdue, you won’t need to pay a late payment fee.

    To remove your service restriction, you need to make a payment in My Telstra including any late fees that may be due.

    If you don’t pay via My Telstra, you need to report a payment to tell us when you’ve paid.
