We have previously highlighted the Telstra Troubleshooting Tool here on CrowdSupport, but is now being renamed “Smart Troubleshooting”.
The tool assists customers who have encountered a problem with their internet connection, Wi-Fi, email or home phone.
It provides customers with the ability to self help by conducting their own troubleshooting via a browser portal or mobile app 24/7.
This is available to Consumer ADSL & Cable Broadband customers as well as Home Phone and NBN customers.
You can access the tool at www.telstra.com/fix or via the Telstra 24x7 app under the help and support page.
