Where can I see my Apple Music subscription details?

You can see Apple Music subscriptions details in Telstra 24x7 My Account or the Telstra 24x7® App

 

For Telstra 24x7 My Account:

  1. Sign into Telstra My Account 24x7 using your Telstra ID
  2. If you have more than one account, you will need to select the relevant account from the blue bar at the top of the screen
  3. Select your mobile service
  4. Select the Add-ons box on the right hand side
  5. Your Apple Music details will displayed here and give you the options to either Add or Remove this service.

 

In the Telstra 24x7 App:

  1. Select Services from the bottom menu
  2. Select your mobile service
  3. Select the ADD ONS tab
  4. Scroll down and select Apple Music

How much of my information do you give to Apple?

As part of Telstra’s contract to host Apple Music, we share with Apple:

  • your mobile number
  • your Telstra account number
  • your country
  • whether you’re subscribed to Apple Music

How do I sync my Apple Music library with my devices?

You can sync your music using the settings in your phone or the settings in iTunes.

Good to know:

  • Syncing your music over a mobile network will use data.

 

What happens to my Apple Music when I change my phone?

If you used your Apple ID to log in on your new phone, your music preferences and playlists will be available on your new iOS phone.

To listen offline you’ll need download the music to your new phone.

 

Can my kids or my partner have Apple Music if their phone is on my account?

Yes. You can add their Apple Music subscription to your account via Telstra 24x7 My Account or the Telstra 24x7 App.

 

When will my Apple Music account work on my new phone or SIM?

Your Apple Music account will work as soon as you activate your new SIM.  We’ll send you a text confirming your Apple Music subscription is active.

 

Which devices can I listen to Apple Music on?

You can listen to Apple Music on:

  • iPhone IOS 8.4 or higher
  • iPad IOS 8.4 or higher
  • iPod touch IOS 8.4 or higher
  • Mac
  • PC
  • Android 4.3 or higher
  • SONOS Controller Build 6.2.2 or higher
