I got a text saying if i recharge $30+ i will get 10mb of bonus data, why havent i received it yet

Hi Shazza70,

 

The Bonus 10GB would be put directly into your Data Bank if it's for a Pre-Paid mobile service. 

 

If it's for a Pre-Paid Broadband service it could have 7 or 10 day's expiry once the recharge was put on.

 

If you don't think you've received it, you'll need to contact Telstra Pre-Paid on 1258880 (if that number doesn't work ring 132200), or use Live Chat

They'll be able to look at your Account and see if you did receive the Bonus 10GB Data. If you didn't they should be able to apply it to your Account.
