Extremely frustrated transferring to prepaid

My experience with transferring from telstra postpaid to prepaid has been extremely frustrating. Placed an order with telstra for 4 postpaid mobiles to be transferred to telstra prepaid 2 weeks ago. They are finally (after several phone calls and chats with telstra each day) all on telstra prepaid but 2 of them have still not had the order "completed". This is required before i can transfer to boost. Anyone have any idea who to contact about getting this done?

Very sorry to read about the delays in transferring your post-paid mobiles over to Pre-Paid. This certainly should not be so difficult.

 

If the orders are pending or provisioning then regrettably there aren't too many options to speed up the process however if you wanted to discuss the matter the best team to assist is available on 125 8880.

Hi Jimmy,

I have rung that number with no joy. I am at the stage where I have given up. After several phone calls and online chats per day for 2 weeks I simply don't have the energy. There are now so many order numbers that I don't know which one to quote when I ring up. At this point if it goes through it goes through and if not I'm stuck in limbo as I need to keep my mobile number and I have run out of options.
