The activate website is not working.
I have typed in the phone number and the 13 digit sim serial.
I tried chrome and internet explorer.
All my attempts lead to the website not letting me select a device or progress to activate the SIM.
What a waste of time. Is anyone else having an issue or is it unique to my 4GX WiFi Pro. Purchased Friday 25th Jan 2018.
Have you tried the site again and have you been able to access it now?.
