Recharge voucher

Hi, i brought a $50 voucher to recharge my phone but it has the last 2 digits smudged. Because i tried it a few times it has locked me out of voucher recharges. It is also missing apart of the serial number is there any way i can still redeem it

I'll be checking my recharge vouchers before leaving the store I purchase them from in future...so I don't end up in your situation.
