Send payment method expiry notifications



Today I noticed my auto-recharge on my prepaid number hadn't gone through. It turns out this was because the credit card attached had expired (was renewed). It would be very helpful if the prepaid billing system sent a notification when the payment method is due to expire, rather than just silently cancelling the auto-recharge.
