Just be aware that Telstra charges you to set up your voicemail which I think is a rip off. I understand that you have to pay to recover messages, but charging to set it up is a sneeky move. Have been on prepaid less than a week and am not happy. At least with the booklet Telstra supplies they could mention the charge in the section in setting up voicemail. I made a complaint about this through the Telstra website and got the reply that prepaid complaints was dealt with my another section and would have to call them because they could not handle it by email. Yet another corporate customer service buck passing exercise so that the customer will give up with the complaint. Well I am not going to call because I will probably get charged to make the complaint about being charged.
