Enable international day pass not working

On my plan I have two gigs of data to be used overseas, I've arrived in the Netherlands but when I've attempted to enable the international day pass it comes up in a faded grey button that wont allow me to activate. When I try to use my phone it comes up sim not provisioned. Also I tried to use the chat function but it wont load after I have selected billing and add ons

Please help

"SIM Not Provisioned" is an error that usually occurs if there is a configuration issue with your account.

Regrettably, we're not able to access your account via Public Forum, however if you have access to an alternate internet connection, are you able to try loading Live Chat on another device at all?

 

You might also like to try manually connecting to one of the international carriers that we roam with in the Netherlands.

These are:

- KPN Telecom (Prepaid and Postpaid)
- T-Mobile (Ben) (Postpaid only)
- Vodafone Libertel (Postpaid only)

 

If you need steps on how to manually connect to a carrier, let us know which phone it is that you use, and we can let you know the steps.
