The latest galaxy s8 update has removed the Telstra chat messaging on my phone and returned it to the normal message service that it had before. I have checked message settings, and chat is set as my default and rich communication is turned on. I do not receive read receipts, nor does it tell me when someone is typing. The text is in beige instead of green.
How can I get Telstra chat messaging back?
