Samsung s8+ no network

All of a sudden I have no network connection on mobile phone. I have been to Telstra shop and replaced the SIM card. Still same problem. I have factory reset without restoring any apps etc and still no network connection. Works ok on wireless at home.

If it's only internet that's not working check that cellular data hasn't accidentally been turned off. It is easy to do an android phone.

Thanks. I checked this. When I am off Wi-Fi I have not network. No Phone or internet. Is it a hardware issue?

It probably is a hardware issue with the phone.

It might be possible to fix but if a hardware fault would be very costly to fix.

Our store staff would assist with checking out the phone however if required, they may need to send the phone to our device care centre.

Once this happens, you can track the progress here

If you return the device to a Telstra Store, they may be able to offer an interim device however these are subject to availability.
