Telstra customer service.

I had internet and phone dropouts . very frequently since the 2nd week of December 2018. Registered a complaint on 29th Dec. After so many hours of making complaints over the helpline issue still remains unsolved.
Telstra has not responded back to my genuine copmplaint and has charged me fpr the services I have not recieved. What should I do.

I appreciate you taking the time to reach out. It's disappointing to hear you had lodged a complaint towards the end of December and are still awaiting resolution.
