Voicemail SMS not providing link to messagebank

Hi

 

I have a relatively new Samsung S9 with Telstra (Aus model).

 

I previously had a Samsung S9 with Telstra (int'l model) and when someone left a voicemail, in the sms message it would have a link to 101 so you could just press it to call messagebank.

 

Now, I simply get an sms saying "101 MessageBank" but no link to go to voicemail.

 

How do I get this setting changed so the sms alerting me to a voicemail is a link to 101 I can press to dial?
