Hi, I have recently started using a Samsung S8.
Since doing so, every time I get a voicemail notification, I also receive a text with the recording to my text inbox.
I have spoken to Telstra tech support and have been told that it is a function of the phone, but am not sure how the S8 can tell the network to text me the recorded voicemail.
Can the .amr be turned off somehow? It is inconvenient, as I still have to listen to voicemail to delete them and the .amr gets saved to the phone.
Rich Communication is turned off.
Thanks in advance
