Hi Redgumtv, I'm sorry to hear of the problems with the charger and trust this can be replaced for you soon. I'm not sure about Samsung's replacement policy but any handset or accessory faults handled through a Telstra Shop our our 13 22 00 number are returned to our National Service Centre to be replaced.
