That means that you have been getting a $10 discount on your plan each month and that discount is about to end (ie you'll be paying $10 more per month).

 

Also, never post your mobile number in a public forum such as this. I will ask a moderator to delete your screenshot.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
