Galaxy Note 10+ 5g heating issue

I have noticed that my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G overheats (while on ideal) and drains battery when the 5G signals are low. Has anyone else noticed this?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

@Ramith I notice at times my S9 gets hot, but a reboot tends to fix it. The wireless charging can also cause it to get rather warm.

It's a hard thing to track down if its not a world-wide issue. Could be an app issue, and I know some people even go down the track of doing a factory reset to try and fix it.

The other half has been using theirs since release without any issues and their battery life has been good. We are also on the edge of two 5G areas so it does flick quite a Bit.
