Am on prepaid plus plan, tried to use Google Play bill to Telstra. 

Then it says

 

Google Play issue: Message from your service provider: The user is suspended. 

 

Anyone know what's the issue?

Prepaid Plus is not compatible with Google Play purchases.

 

From the Prepaid 'Things you need to know';

"Google Play purchases not allowed with any credit component of this offer."
