Having problem using Google Play "Bill my Telstra account"
I have a Telstra prepaid mobile number with $15 credit left. I want to use this to purchase apps on Google play store.
I tried to use my Samsung Note 2 phone and go to Play store to purchase $0.20 app. I select 'Use Telstra Billing' and then I get message that its attempting to verify my google account via sms but fails with an error connection failed.
I go to my Google wallet and there is no Telstra account linked. Any previous Telstra billing setup have already been removed. However, I wonder if this error is due to this SIM card not linked to my google play store account. Previously I was able to use Google Play store when the mobile number is stored/linked in Google wallet.
Can you please investigate and provide resolution for this matter?
