Mobile Data not working after porting

Hi Guys


Need assistance here, just recently ported over from Lebara 04/02/2020 and I have been notified that the porting has been completed via SMS/EMail. 


I can make and receive calls, SMS but I cannot get access to my mobile data and as a result cannot access my usual apps and emails.


Tried calling the tech support over at Telstra and they have tried everything, resetting my phone, restarting the network, taking my sim out and putting it back in. Also there are no outages in my area. 


After all this I still cant get access to my mobile data and I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue.
