@rjbk First thing that comes to mind is your PC mail client might be set to delete them from the server before you mobile gets them?
Second thing, something amiss with your mobile email client settings?
Do you just have a Telstra/Bigpond email address you use, or do you also have other domain/gmail email accounts on your phone that are working, or not working?
With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
