Got to http://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/track-my-order?ref=TD_fr_cs_order_tracker
and enter your order number to get an update or your order status.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
