Samsung galaxy watch 42mm

The battery life of my watch has been aweful since the moment I got it. I originally thought it was just because I was using it a lot  but I am now using minimal functions on it and yesterday it took it off charge at 6am and by 3pm it was dead. Do I take it back to Telstra or do I take it straight to Samsung?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Samsung galaxy watch 42mm

Hi rikamarie, That is not good to hear at all. May I ask if you have had a look at the following troubleshooting tips in relation to this. They can be found at https://tel.st/5wng2

If this still does not assist in improving the battery life, our Mobile Assurance Team will also be able to help. They can be contacted directly via 13 2200 (MobileFaults).
