Telstra RCS not working on Galaxy S9+

Hi All.
 

I have had an S9+ since March 2018 and the Telstra rcs audio files from voice mail used to be messaged to me. From around September 8th, it has stopped working and I now have to dial 101 from the phone to hear the message.
I have checked the settings by dialling 144 and all seems to be correct.

Any ideas why I have lost this function?

Go in to Settings->About Phone->Software Information

What does the bottom line of the "Service Provider SW Ver." say? Is it TEL/TEL/TEL?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Yes it says TEL/TEL/TEL as the last line of the Service Provider SW.
