Unable to use telstra accound billing in google pay

I'm having an issue using my telstra account for google play. When I enter my details it gives me the error code OR-CAC-08 And the message says that don't have permission to perform this action

If you are on Prepaid, then using your Telstra account for Google Play is not available.

If you are on Postpaid, then it is an account verification issue and you will need to call 132200 to get it resolved.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
