I bought my samsung J16 outright back in 2017. Was assured iit wasnt locked to a network. Now Im travelling overseas tomorrow and when I put my travelsim in, get a network unlock code needed. Each time I ring telstra I get told something different. Its locked, its not,it Is.
In desperation, I agreed to pay $25 to have it unlocked, but then got told it will be 7 business days to get the code from Samsung. Just finished live chat with samsung and they said its telstra who does the code, not them. Can anyone help please?
