Am I able to downgrade my handset when subscribing to stay connected? I have Galaxy Note 10+ 5G (SM-N976B) and would like to down grade so I can have the dual sim to separate work from home.

I have been on Long Life plan for years.Just topped up with $70 (advertised 365 days expire) and only received 4 mths expiry, and is now called Simplicity plan.I have not changed my prepaid plan to Simplicity plan.How do I correct htis?
