lost phone - need new sim card same number

Hi

 

I just lost my phone. I want a new same card with the same number. How do I do this asap?

You can either pop in to a Telstra shop and ask for a new SIM. They should be able to get it activated for you on the spot.

 

or

 

Call 132200 and ask them to send you a new SIM. When you receive it, you go to http://telstra.com/activate and select the option that it is for an existing service and it will activate on your existing number.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
