Freezing on lock screen or open screen

Turning itself off

Battery fully charged then shuts down

the back gets very warm

4.30am this morning, alarm goes off even though it was not set, turns itself off and back on and froze...

this has been happening since befor xmas and I took it into a telstra store to be told it had to be sent away for up to 10 days to work out the problem...can tell them the problem...**bleep** phone...

Im sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Mobile service. I know this can be very frustrating and I apologise for the inconvenience.

From what you have described this sounds like there may be a fault with the device. We can certainly assist you with this, you will need to speak to our Mobile faults team.

You can contact them on 132200 and say "Mobile Phone Fault" or you can also contact them by going into your local store to have the phone sent away for to be assessed and repair/replacement. Here is the Telstra Store locator if you need it: http://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/Telstra-Store-Locator/ct-p/tstore.

If you took up "Stay Connected" please lodge a report here https://www.telstra.com.au/mobile-phones/plans-and-rates/stayconnected under "Using Stayconnected" or call 132200 and say "Stay connected"
