When someone moves house and you can't connect their internet for weeks why not offer them a wireless alternative at reduced prices until you have them up and running. My family uses an average 200gb a month. I've been offered 50gb for $150, you do the math ! It's now 2 months since I advised I was moving to a new house that wasn't connected to anything. I have been without internet for 2 weeks and just been told it will be weeks more. And whilst you are sorry and all that you have the opportunity to provide an amazing service but your customer service agents hands are tied. Don't fail your customer Telstra be extraordinary !
