Received a letter from Telstra 2 weeks ago stating they were increasing our NBN speeds.
Since then have had slow internet, long waits for Netflix/Apple TV to load.

What do I need to access netflix? I have just signed up for foxtel and not happy with it. I have looked on "my offers" and see netflix is available to be added to my bill for $9.95. What does that give me and what hardware etc do I need? Thank you.

Netflix error code is ui-113. When contacted, Netflix say to ask Telstra to reset nbn back to default. Any suggestions as to how to do that?
