We can't get an internet connection to our T-Box. We have tried both ethernet & wi-fi, but each time we get an error message which says “Internet connection error. Your T-Box has been successfully connected to your modem / router via ethernet [wi-fi] but we were unable to establish a connection to the internet”. I don’t know why this is as we have a good internet connection which is working fine on all other devices, eg computer, tablet, etc.

Maybe manually setting the network connection details in the TBox.
Pick an IP address that is not in use on your network, and try changing the DNS server address to 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168
