Connecting Telstra T-Box to the internet

I am trying to connect my T-Box to the internet and I can’t get it to work for either Ethernet or Wi-Fi. My home is Ethernet cabled and my other devices work okay (e.g. Apple TV). The router connection is fine. Any help would be appreciated as the T Platinum Support person couldn’t assist.

Hi JanieG. Thanks for coming through. Sorry for the confusion and frustration. We haven't supported the T-box for a long time, now. Are you referring to a Telstra TV or are you sure it's a T-Box? - Matthew.

Hi MattyC,

Same problem here. T-Box not Telstra TV. Moved to new property now on NBN still Bigpond but my T-Box connects to the wifi but not the internet. Tried resetting it. Tried WPS. Tried rebooting Router. Can't reregister T-Box on new internet ,no web page.

Any help appreciated.
