T-Box Program guide

My program guide is only showing 4 days programs instead of the 7 days the help video indicates it should. How can I fix this to record a show

You can try to reset the program guide. This is via settings> reset options.

 

You will probably have to wait a few minutes for it to refresh properly.

Well if you're after ideas, when all else fails power down.

 

  • Put the T-Box into deep sleep. (Hold down the power button on the remote for 5 secs.)
  • Remove power from the T-Box (unplug or switch off at the mains)
  • Power down your modem.
  • Leave them both off for a couple of minutes.
  • Turn the modem back on and wait till it syncs up and all lights are normal.
  • Power the T-Box back up.
  • Give it a few minutes and check the EPG.

Thanks for heads up. Reset the guide which resulted in the 7 days coming in but channel 9 and ABC3 had no details at all. Tried reset twice, same result then did a full reset with the button on the box. Did another guide reset when box came back on line but same result.

 

These stations are blank through the whole seven days. Any ideas anyone?
