Telstra. My T Box used to do several things which are covered here but one I can't find is why it no longer groups recorded programs into folders.
Other things which cease due to other services finishing (which other companies can still provide).
But, the way something is represented would appear to be totally under your control and the only reason to change it would be to force peopl into other (paid) services.
