TV Guide not available

Had Hard Drive issues with our T-Box. It got sent away for repairs, sent back - still no good. Finally received a replacement and we still don't have access to the TV Guide!!  So trying to set a program to record in the future is pretty much impossible.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this or have you had this issue yourself?

Hi Dylan,

 

Yes - we connect via WiFi.

 

It seems that perhaps I was a bit impatient - it took overnight to load all the programs and now there's no issue with the guide.

 

Reception is our issue now but it could be the weather..........

Hey Jodes,

This may be a silly question but do you have it connected to your broadband? Can you view the BigPond channels? The reason I ask is that the T-Box (unlike most set top boxes) gets its program information over the internet rather than over the Free to air TV signals, so if it's having trouble accessing the internet then that would explain the problem you're having.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
