Tbox missing all FTA channels except TVS

The TBox over the last week has intermittently drooped all FTA channels. When I go through the Channel search it only finds the TVS channel. Waiting half an hour or so and the TBOX is back to normal. This happens almost every hour! The FOXTEL channels are fine and play without problems. I connected my old STB to the connections last night in frustration and all FTA channels were available? This is very frustrating with all the sport etc on TV?

Welcome to CrowdSupport Smiley Happy

 

If you haven't tried a reset as yet, a hard reset will allow you to re-tune the FTA channels. It's just a matter of pressing the reset button underneath 5 times, and then it should run through the set up process again (any completed recordings will remain). 

If still having issues, give our T-Box faults team a call on 1300136841 (open 24/7) to help trouble shoot.
