Tox Foxtel error code 07404

Hi. Getting error codes 07404 and 072AM007. Can't get Foxtel to work. 20 minutes on hold for support.

We’re aware that a small number of customers are experiencing issues with Foxtel on T-Box. We’re working on a solution, but in the meantime call us on 132200 and our team can talk you through a temporary fix.

Thanks for reply, however given the time taken to get calls answered (don't have hours to spend on hold) can you pls post what the temporary solution is?  ie: if it is simply re-boot the T-box I did that and it didn't work.  The glitch has since resolved and service has returned but would still like to know the solution.  Thanks

Hi Tazewep. I'm glad to hear that this has been resolved.
