Have had T-Hub & handset working perfectly up until now.
On both handset & T-Hub ;-
*I am unable to hear any dial tone or indeed noise of any sort.....
*When I dial a number & the recipient answers they are able to hear me but I can not hear them..... * ...

My 3rd  generation Telstra tv unit, is getting hot. It sits in its own space under the tv. The tv is on a shelf above the telstra tv box. Any ideas how I can keep the unit cool? Is it ok to use a laptop cooling pad underneath the Telstra box?

The keypad doesn't allow me to operate the features of the 101 Message bank i.e. to delete a message by pressing 5 nothing happens - as in it apprears not be recognizing that the key has been pressed.Any suggestions?

 i have setup my t-hub with my normal gateway modem for my internet no the one that comes with it they are both registered i can use tablet on internet but no phone call because it say's line busy can i get some help because ring telstra is pointless
