From the home page, click on the Helpdesk button in the My Services Access box in the right-hand side.
The Helpdesk window will pop open, so make sure you turn off you pop-up blocker or allow pop-ups for the T-Suite site. Click on the Create Case link.
Fill out the form to lodge your cancellation - please make sure you select the product you'd like to cancel under the Production drop-down and Cancellationin the Type drop-down. Once you're done, hit the Submit button.
Your cancellation is now in progress and our support team will remove it from your account. Your cancellation date will be from the day you lodged the cancellation.
You'll also recieve an email confirmation to confirm that you've lodge a cancellation, then an email to confirm once your service has been cancelled.
If you want to check the progress of your Helpdesk ticket, click on your case from the My Helpdesk Cases box on the home page of the T-Suite Management Console.
