Hi, I got TOTI at work using Business connect app in windows to make calls. I have a Polycom vvx411 connected. Is there a setting i can make so that when i make calls on Business connect App, it goes through the Polycom handset. At the moment i have to manually select 'call from phone'. Is it possible to make it the default way.

Yes you can
From the top menu in the client - select calls - then dialling service - then 'call from phone'
That will tell the client to use your deskphone as default.

I did that but still calls are going through the PC speakers. Is there any other settings like in Audio/Video that i need to change.
If they are still going through the PC then perhaps it did not tick properly against call from phone?
