New IAD device setup not working for Cisco SPA8000

In the past we have setup new IAD devices using the Linksys SPA8000 DMS profile, assigned to the device using the mac address. Now we have gotten a new Cisco version of the SPA8000 and it will not pick up the configuration as the Linksys version did. Is there a different device profile we have to use or am i doing something wrong?

Found the issue, the user/line i assigned to the device didn't have the password set so it couldn't register the service on the device.

i connected one last week , it works fine . Same configuration as before  .
