When making calls in Skype for Business UC one, is not auto opening UC One to deal with the call and the call is failing staying in S4B. Is there additional steps within S4B and comm pilot that need to be configured for the integration of the two applications. All I have done is logged into ucone.tipt.telstra.com and enabled S4B integration for all packs. I also made sure to install the Lync integrated client of UC One.
