VMR web portal

Hi,

I really like using the VMR web portal (https://join.telstra.com) to host and connect to our VMR video meetings. However, can you please tell me how I can lock the meeting as a host? The option seems to be missing, and when I try the "traditional" VMR method (*7 lock, #7 unlock) it doesn't work.

Other than that, it's really simple to use!  :-)

Cheers

Re: VMR web portal

Hi Russco,

In join.telstra if you're the host you can go to the "..." menu, Keypad, and *7 \ #7 seems to work. (Other callers sit in the waiting room).

If you're a guest in the meeting, lock\unlock codes don't seem to work (though according to the user guide it should..). Might be worth raising a fault docket to confirm.

 - Otherwise, I can't see a lock\unlock option. Might be a good feature request via your account team.

There's a lock\unlock icon in the Telstra "VMR Companion" App, if you're interested in taking a look at that. That works irrelevant of if the app was used to start hosting; and while locked, shows users in the waiting room as "locked out".
